* The guest must completely vacate his room on the date and time stated in his scheduled departure. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
* A cancellation charge equivalent to a one night stay will be charged for cancellations made within 5 days prior to arrival of the guests. A fee equivalent to 50 percent of the total amount of room charged will be collected in case the guest does not show up on the date of expected arrival.
